  • Jason Winburne

    Physical Therapist

    Mr. Winburne graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2000. He was recognized as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2005. He completed fellowship training in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and was accepted as a Fellow by the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT) in 2008. Mr. Winburne serves as a guest lecturer and is on the advisory board for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He is also a guest lecturer and clinical instructor for Texas Woman's University. He became a fellowship instructor with NAIOMT in 2010. Jason enjoys manual therapy and sport rehabilitation on a variety of orthopedic injuries.

  • Isaac Nabors

    Isaac earned his Bachelors Degree in in Exercise Sports and Health Sciences in 2004 from Texas Tech University and his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2007 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He will earn his Doctorate of Science in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy with an emphasis in Applied Anatomy/Physiology and Biomechanics in December 2017. Isaac recently received the prestigious designation of Fellow by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) and earned the designation of Certified Orthopedic Manual/Manipulative Therapist (COMT) from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) in 2014. He is also a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association awarded in 2012. He became certified in dry needling through the Dry Needling Institute in 2013 and has completed a three-year mentorship through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) from 2007-2010. Clinically, Isaac's interests are manual therapy, prescriptive exercise, chronic pain orthopedics, biomechanics, concussion management, performance enhancement, and speed, agility, and quickness.
