Alyssa Y. Krahmer, Esq., is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (received a B.S. in Hotel Administration and was awarded a UNLVino Scholarship and a Stouffer Hotels Scholarship, and graduated with high honors with a membership in the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi). Alyssa earned a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1995 at the age of 23 as one of its youngest graduates. She is admitted to practice law in Texas, and has worked as in-house counsel for most of her career. Her professional experience includes having worked as in-house counsel for corporate clients in the areas of staffing, financial services, jewelry, tobacco, and speed cook ovens. She has been General Counsel of two, different multi-national, multi-million-dollar manufacturing companies. Alyssa opened her own law practice in Dallas, Texas, in September of 2017 with the mission of providing corporate counsel-style services to small and mid-sized companies in the areas of contracts, trademarks, copyright law, employment law, regulatory compliance, corporate formation, franchise law and international law. She speaks Spanish, French and Italian with varying degrees of fluency and has always been interested in world affairs, culture, ballet, the arts and languages. Alyssa also enjoys mentoring students on careers in the legal field. She is a frequent volunteer and enjoys speaking at various professional events and law schools.
