Screwed over again
Kathy Murphy has done it again. My claim was initiated in June 2018. Kathy sat on a signature wait for several weeks before finally contacting my mom who is also my POA since I am not verbal via phone. She was informed to always contact my Dr s assistant. Several weeks passed and she called again. Needless to say, she did not contact the assistant, nor did she ever bother to enter an alert into the system. Therefore nothing had moved forward. After this call, two months wasted, and no closer than step zero, we finally managed to get on order, obviously two months behind. Next we started the PT appointments, things were progressing. But each time Kathy Murphy was involved,things took much longer than expected. Medicaid Texas Star Plus Waiver program always responded within 3to5 days. Than again it became Kathy Murphy's turn, even after she was told that Medicare started kicking on Feb.first, she saw no reason to expedite. With her negligence, she has put undue pain onto the client again, because she only listens to herself and NOT to whom she talks to. Because of her deafness to clients, she is causing pain, frustration and emotional distress to the people who need the chair. I wish that she had to undergo the process to let her know what the other side has to go through. At the very least, she should be terminated from her position No regards for this one, Ellinor Andersen, royally ticked off and disappointed.

Absolutely Awesome Experience!!
Absolutely fantastic experience with these people! Audrey did an amazing job helping to get my daughter's wheelchair fixed in a timely fashion. She was professional and friendly and went beyond the call of duty to help my daughter's needs. Also Mark who came out and offered to lend us a loner wheelchair while my daughter's wheelchair got fixed was awesome! Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I rate this review at a 5+ stars. Bravo to this company!
