In her spare time, Leticia enjoys exercising and playing sports with her kids. She is bilingual and can assist both English and Spanish speaking customers. Samuel Pereira

Samuel has been working in the insurance industry for 10 years. He is our marketing specialist. He loves being outside the office, meeting new people and helping them save on insurance. When Samuel is not in the office, he enjoys working out and spending time with his family.

Eidi Aviles

Eidi was born and raised in Texas and has 15+ years’ experience in the insurance industry. She joined our team in 2013 with excitement to continue helping the community with their insurance needs. Outside of the agency, her 3 daughters keep her busy! Eidi enjoys her time with her family by going hiking and taking walks at downtown Dallas different parks. Janett Puga

Janett is a customer service representative who was born and raised in Dallas, TX she has been in the insurance industry since 2020. She believes in the importance of helping customers find the insurance that is right for their personal needs. She strives to help customers in any way possible with their insurance concerns. Janett works hard so customers know the importance of protecting the things they love by helping them understand the importance of insurance. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family exploring the beautiful state she grew up in.

Jacqueline Callado

Jacqueline Callado Cruz has been a Licensed Sales Producer for almost a year with the company. With 15 years of experience in sales she is a very passionate in helping customers, she's friendly and has excellent customer service. She attributes her success to her ability to listen to customers and put their needs first. In her free time, Jackie enjoys going to a park with her family and play soccer.

Melissa Nino

Melissa was born in Plainview, Texas, and moved to Dallas at a young age. She has been part of our team for over a year and brings nearly five years of experience in the insurance industry. Melissa is passionate about helping people protect what matters most. She takes pride in providing service that is responsive, respectful, and reassuring. Outside of work, she enjoys baking with her kids and going on bike rides with her family.

Victoria Cruz

Hi, I’m Victoria! I first joined the agency in 2020 and worked with the team until 2022. I returned in March 2024 because I genuinely love what I do and missed being part of such an amazing, supportive environment. As part of the sales team, my top priority is helping customers feel confident and informed when making insurance decisions. I help everyone receive the attention and care they deserve. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, listening to music, and relaxing with my mini dachshund and two cats.

Jose Lankenau

Jose has been an integral part of our Agency team for over two years.
