Flood Kings came to my rescue the very day my 10,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse flooded on July 10, 2014. Water Damage Technician Bob Pelham was prepared with every piece of equipment needed to do the job, a team of support personnel, a customized Flood Kings van, business cards and a professional demeanor. Because Bob Pelham and Flood Kings were so rapid in their response to my emergency I was able to save thousands of dollars in repairs! I had just renovated the entire building from top to bottom. It was a huge project including mud jacking, a complete replacement of all of the plumbing in the building, new interiors, tiles, carpeting and the like. On July 10, 2014 the whole front of the office/warehouse spewed water out the front doors and in the warehouse area. A kind neighbor next door called me immediately and had the water turned off at the meter. I called well known, national chains of flood experts. Not a one returned my calls. But Bob Pelham and Flood Kings did! And Bob Pelham and Flood Kings arrived within three hours of my telephoning them!!! In my book Bob Pelham and Flood Kings 24-Hour Emergency Service Company are not just Kings - they are the EMPERORS of the flood and water damage industry. I have recommended Flood Kings many times now and will continue to do so. If ever another water damage situation crops up I will be calling Bob Pelham and Flood Kings!

Thanks Tim and Todd you made a difficult situation easier to handle.
Have you ever been waken to screams of teenagers in the middle of the night and run downstairs to see what's wrong. When you step on the carpet all you feel is wet. You follow the screams, to find your kids trying to stop a pipe that has burst in your bathroom. You finally get the water turned off with about 3 inches of water standing. Now you are left with water touching every room downstairs. I am talking kitchen, living room dinning room and den. You grab the yellow pages and look up water damage. And randomly pick a number. Wow did I pick the right number. I called Flood Kings. They were there within 30 minutes or less. And took complete control of the situation, They were kind and helpful and explained what they were doing and why. They came a number of times to check their equipment and make any needed adjustments. They even told me how long it would take to dry out my house. Thanks Tim and Todd you made a difficult situation easier to handle.

I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone with an emergency flooding situation.
I'm a single working mother with 3 children. I came home last week and found my hot water heater had leaked water in the downstairs kitchen area. It was a mess and I didnt know what to do. I searched on the internet and found the company Flood Kings. They arrived within 30 mins and immediately started removing the water from my floors and returning my house back to normal. They charged me a fair price and guaranteed their work for 1 year. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone with an emergency flooding situation.

Flood Kings Rocks!! We had some fairly serious water damage affecting our home office and an adjoining bedroom. I solicited three quotes for moisture remediation, and Flood Kings won my business . Bob and crew showed up right on time. They quickly and professionally moved my furniture out, treated my carpets and set up industrial strength dehumidifiers and fans. On completion my walls tested 100% dry and the equipment was picked up right on time. Flood Kings earns 5 stars from Frantz Information systems.

OH DEAR!!! WATER....WATER....EVERYWHERE! After taking a shower one morning I walked into the kitchen to find water streaming from the front bathroom...into the two front bedrooms and in the living room. In a panic I threw every towel I could find down to soak up the water. I was devastated. I wasn't sure what to do. I called the plumber and my daughter texted me a number to call....it was FLOODKINGS...so I called and they were at my door before the plumber had the sewer clog unstopped. They determined how far the water had gone, carefully moved my furniture... treated with a microbial solution to prevent mold... explained the process to me and set up fans and dehumidifiers...they measured the humidity in the rooms and told me to set the thermostat on 80* and they monitored my situation for the next three days. They came and checked the areas and removed their equipment...and did it on a Holiday which was impressive to me... Not only did they take control they dried everything completely and made what was a BAD situation much BETTER. Thank you, FLOODKINGS I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They were FAST...HELPFUL...CONSIDERATE...AND THOROUGH.

Bob Pelham and his associate from Flood Kings came to my house to examine the water damage from an overflowing sink. The water had overflowed for an hour or more and flowed under a hardwood floor. The area impacted included a corridor, a dining room, and a portion of a living room and wet bar. Several days had passed since the water intrusion and the floors were cupped. Bob and his associate came equipped with water extraction equipment consisting of flat panels which were taped to the floor and tied through hoses to a suction fan. A dehumidifier was placed near the fan. The fan drew air from under the floor removing moisture. Bob and his associate checked moisture levels every two or three days until the moisture level reached the normal reading and the panels were removed after two weeks. The cupping is completely gone in most areas affected and is greatly reduced in the remaining areas. It is likely I will not need to do any repair work to the floors. The chance for mold growth to occur was largely eliminated by the air passing over the underfloor until dry. I cannot say enough about the quick response of Bob and his associate from Flood Kings and the thorough job they did to insure my satisfaction. I was convinced before I called them that the floors were ruined and would have to be replaced. My wife's mother had passed away the night before the flood and we had several house guests for the funeral by the time I found out about Flood Kings. We could not rip the floors out at that time and deal with all that goes along with replacing and refinishing floors. I was just hoping that his process would eliminate mold and buy us some time until we needed to replace the floor. I was elated to see the results and to know that at most, I may need to do some light surface work to a portion of the floor. Thanks Bob and Flood Kings.
