Teresa Tate
<p><!--block-->Teresa Tate has been the Young Stars Child Development Center Director since 2011, and has worked with the center’s parent company KinderCare Education since 2003. Teresa has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 1991 and has always known that it is her passion. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Development from Eastfield College and many years of proven success working with families. Teresa’s four boys have grown up in the centers she directed, which has afforded her a unique understanding of parents’ perspectives and concerns. She has an open door policy for all parents and encourages a strong communication relationship with all staff and family members. Teresa lives in Mansfield with her family, and in her spare time she enjoys watching her boys play soccer and football.</p>
